Recently, every now and then, I take a cold shower. Yes, I did pay my water bill so there is hot water. 😀 I do it for the dopamine rush, it energizes me and positively impacts my mood. Taking a cold shower has helped me strengthen my courage and gives me an adrenaline rush and relaxes me. I’m more fearless today than ever before. I’ve been wearing eyeglasses since I was 7 years old. I used to hate wearing them because of how they looked. Fast forward a couple of decades, my daughter has to wear glasses too, but of course I didn’t want her to look anything less than gorgeous while reading.
